Refund policy

Exchanges

Wilson Monlee will provide credit or exchange only for returned items. 

We do not refund for a change of mind. 
If a product is faulty or our description has been misleading or inaccurate we will gladly refund the cost of the item. 
We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders or sale/discounted items. 
We will credit or refund the item/s, provided: 
1. All items are returned within 30 days of receipt. 
2. The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached. 
Contact us with the following details: your name, invoice number, product name, reason for return and a request for replacement, credit or refund.
Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty, the cost of returning goods is the customers responsibility. 
Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs.
It is suggested that you send your return package by receipted post or express post, as Wilson Monlee cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in return transit. 
Wilson Monlee cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Wilson Monlee will do everything possible to assist customers in recovering lost items or damage costs from Australia Post or other third party couriers.
 
COLOUR REPRODUCTION We go to great effort to ensure that the colours reproduced in our product photos are as true to life as possible, but because the image that appears on a computer screen can vary widely depending on a monitor's display settings and manufacturer, sometimes garment colours may vary slightly from the images that appear on our site. 

FABRIC PLACEMENT Most of the items in the shop are batch made and therefore fabric placement may vary slightly between products.
